Mark Connell

Bio

Mr. Connell is a registered professional engineer and certified project management professional with UT-Battelle and serves as a Group Leader for Facility Management and Engineering and was the Level 2 Manager for Conventional Facilities for the recently completed Proton Power Upgrade project for the Spallation Neutron Source. He has more than twenty five years of progressively responsible experience in engineering management, construction management, project management, civil engineering, geotechnical engineering and quality control.

Mr. Connell holds a Bachelor’s of Science Civil Engineering and a Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering with Public Works concentration from the University of Tennessee.
