
Bio
Leigh Ann Warner has been employed by ORNL twice in her career. The first time was under the first ORNL Records Manager as a subcontractor in the role of Technical Assistant and most recently joined ORNL in 2022. She is in the Technical Support Services Group within the Enrichment Science and Engineering Division in the Isotope Science and Engineering Directorate. Her role is as the facilitator of Knowledge Preservation Management and ESED-TSS Records Management Officer. Her areas of expertise include historical records, mixed media archives, records scheduling and records disposition.
TVA was where she started her career with nuclear records and has used her knowledge in support of various federal facilities. These include the TVA Knoxville Complex, Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, TVA Chattanooga Office Complex, Y-12 National Security Complex, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant. During this time she moved to supervisory positions as her career advanced.
Leigh Ann was also co-owner of a successful small business for thirty years. She used her abilities to establish business processes that accelerated the growth of income. Responsibilities included operations, finance, administration, marketing, and production.
