Bio
Joan brings over 23 years’ experience in training management, instructional design, and evaluation. She has experience in multiple NNSA Global Material Security programs such as Nuclear Smuggling Detection and Deterrence (NSDD) and International Nuclear Security (INS) as a Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Lead for multiple projects. Joan has managed and provided oversight for several training programs. She has also been applying her expertise to bring realistic training experiences to partner countries and advancing the development of Train-the-Trainer to meet the need for Virtual Delivery and Remote Learning. Ms. Wilson holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technology from the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico
