Bio
Dr. Christopher Walker is a postdoctoral research associate in the Nanomaterials Theory Institute at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. As a computational scientist his research involves molecular dynamics simulation of soft matter systems, specializing in the development of coarse-grained polymer models and analysis of polymer interfacial behavior. He is also an experienced user of high performance computing (HPC) resources and develops Python code to facilitate molecular modeling workflows.
