Bio
Cherie Chance currently serves as the Earned Value Management Lead for the ORNL Project Management Organization (PMO), as well as the PMO Group Lead for the Facilities and Operations Directorate. With 30 years of experience, her expertise includes project planning, cost and schedule baseline development, project documents and procedures development, performance tracking and analyses, risk management, and baseline change management. Her project management systems background ranges from developing simple project control/management systems for small businesses to implementing complex earned value management systems for large organizations in both government and commercial sectors. Ms. Chance provides earned value management resources and support to projects and actively participates in internal and external project review committees for Independent Project Reviews and EVMS Reviews.
