The lattice, time-dependent Schrodinger equation (LTDSE) and atomic orbital close couplng (AOCC) methods are applied to calculate the charge transfer cross sections for H<sup>+</sup> + He<sup>+</sup> and He<sup>2+</sup> + Li<sup>2+</sup> collisions in the velocity range of 0.5-4.0 atomic units. Comparison of the results is made with those of other theoretical methods and with measurements. This analysis is used to provide a test of the accuracy of LTDSE and AOCC, and to help establish a consensus of theoretical results in comparison with the measurements for these ion-ion collisions.
