GUIDELINES

Please register your school in order to participate in the Straw Ball Wall test competition. We will follow the guidelines below in judging the submissions. (A sumission form will appear on this web site in mid-April).

  • One registration per school.

  • Team up with another school preferably outside the U.S.

  • Classes from 4th, 5th, and 6th grades may participate.

  • Calculate the R-value for the straw bale wall tested at ORNL from data taken from test results posted in April on this web site.

  • Provide evidence of how you setup your analysis.

  • Submit your report via this web site by May 1, 1998.
