Zhenhong Lin

Senior R&D Staff

Zhenhong Lin is a senior R&D staff member at Buildings and Transportation Science Division of Oak Ridge National Laboratory.  As PI and manager of the Transportation Energy Evolution Modeling (TEEM) program, he has authored over 100 technical articles on technological cost-effectiveness, infrastructure optimization, behavior opportunities, and policy design of transitions to zero-emission transportation. Lin currently serves on the Alternative Fuels Committee of the Transportation Research Board, the editorial board of Transportation Research Part D, and U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, Committee on the Assessment of Technologies for Improving Fuel Economy of Light-Duty Vehicles – Phase 3. He received his PhD in Transportation Engineering in 2008 and MS in Transportation Technology & Policy from University of California, Davis. Before that, Lin obtained his BE/MS in Automotive Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing.
