Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 1992.
Mr. Bock who joined the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in 1992 has worked in the environmental remediation field for the past 25 years providing support to the Department of Energy (DOE) and Department of Defense Superfund sites in the identification of regulatory requirements and analysis of regulatory issues for the cleanup of these sites pursuant to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) corrective action process. Mr. Bock has also supported the Department of Homeland Security as part of a DOE multi-national laboratory team in the development of remediation guidance on the remediation of airports after a chemical attack.
