Nick R Perry

Bio

Nick Perry has more than thirty years of experience with progressive steps, duties and responsibilities in Acquisition Services Management, Contract Management, Business Management and Supply Chain Management including leadership, strategy, planning, scheduling, formation, award and administration of construction, services and commodities in support in support of various Commercial and Government customers.  He is well versed in all aspects of Government Contracting with an in-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.  Perry has experience on large Institutional Programs that have provided him an understanding in working and balancing processes and procedures between project work and institutional requirements. 

Before joining the STS Project in 2020, Perry was Acquisition Services Manager for the Uranium Processing Facility Project.  In this role, he was responsible for leadership, teamwork, subcontracts, procurement, field procurement, supplier quality, expediting, business operations, and compliance within the Acquisition Services organization.  The estimated procurement commitments for UPF totaled $1.5B.

Perry has an associate degree and a bachelor degree in business administration from Bristol University, with a minor in executive management.  He also has numerous certificates in government contracting from George Washington University.
