Ngoc A Nguyen

Research and Development Staff Scientist

Dr. Nguyen received his bachelor and master’s degrees in Chemical and Printing Engineering and was a lecturer at the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam for 4 years. He finished his PhD program under the advisement of Prof. Michael E. Mackay in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Delaware. He was a postdoc fellow under the advisement of Dr. Amit K. Naskar in the Carbon and Composites Group, ORNL. Currently, he is an R&D Staff Scientist in the Chemical Sciences Division. His research has centered on morphology control and rheology combined scattering techniques for determining and connecting architectural properties to the functionality of polymers, polymer-based composites, and stimuli responsive materials.
