Mitchell has been a Database Engineer for the ARM Data Center (ADC) since 2018. While working with the database operations team to ensure the ARM databases are running smoothly and efficiently, Mitchell also does ServiceNow development, web tools development, metrics reporting and general scripting.
Previously Mitchell was the lead developer at a medical software company with nine years of experience designing and developing innovative solutions to assist the complex workflows within a medical setting. He received an MS in Information Technology from Florida Institute of Technology in 2015, a BS in Computer Science from FIT in 2013, and an AAS in Computer Science and Information Technology from Pellissippi State Community College in 2009.
