Marissa E Morales Rodriguez

Marissa E. Morales-Rodriguez is a graduate student in the Energy and Transportation Science Division. She is a Ph.D. student in Energy Sciences and Engineering, University of Tennessee (Bredesen Center).
 
At Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Morales-Rodriguez manages projects related to the research and development of cyber-physical sensors with applications in the energy, defense, environmental and manufacturing industries. Her research is focused on sensors including sensing techniques using laser spectroscopy and infrared quantum cascade layers for standoff detection of chemicals. Morales-Rodriguez is working with a team of scientists at ORNL developing sensors using printed electronics. She is a native of Toa Alta, Puerto Rico.
