Cindy Latham designs and develops websites for Oak Ridge National Laboratory through it's Networking and Computing Technologies Division. Along with HTML coding and design her areas of expertise include Flash animation, video, and other forms of multimedia. In 1997 she received her B.F.A in painting and printmaking from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and in 2004 earned her M.F.A in electronic art from the University of Cincinnati.
