Sweden disapproved and Germany abstained.
Twelve other member bodies voted to approve the TC. Four made comments regarding the appropriateness of including normative Annex K, which is actually an internal policy document of WG8. Therefore, Annex K and all references to it will be removed from the final text.
The U.S. made comments of a quasi-editorial nature on Annex J. These comments have been accepted.
