Biological Data Transport Upgrade

Recent upgrades of the Biological Data Transport bioinformatics resource include additions to the Query Depot. The site provides a central location to conduct bioinformatics-related searches of public data. These searches, which can be requested simultaneously for the same query to save time, provide access to such resources as GenBank, Entrez, BCM Search Launcher, BLAST, Genome Database, Human Gene Mutation Database, and several vendors.
