Human Genome News, Nov. 1994; 6(4):17
Data from a paper on the radiation hybrid (RH) map of human chromosome 11 that appeared in Nature Genetics [8, 70-76 (September 1994)] is accessible via anonymous ftp (ftp.well.ox.ac.uk in the directory pub/genetic/rh11map). The data, contributed by a group led by Michael James (The Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics, U.K.) includes a file of over 600 sequence tagged sites with their primer sequences and the RH map. These files will be updated regularly as new sequence tagged sites are placed on the RH map. [Contact: Michael James (Fax: +44-865/742-196 or -187, Internet: michael.james@well.ox.ac.uk).]
