ORIGEN-ARP - Control Module Sequence

ORIGEN-ARP - A depletion/decay sequence for spent nuclear fuel that uses a Windows GUI named OrigenArp to prepare input and execute (1) ARP for interpolating between specially prepared reactor cross-section libraries, (2) ORIGEN-S, and (3) OPUS for post-processing output data. The OPUS data can be plotted with the Windows program PlotOPUS. The sequence provides fast, easy, and accurate use of ORIGEN-S. Users can create their own ORIGEN-ARP cross-section libraries for other fuel assembly designs. Libraries are provided for light-water-reactor, heavy-water-reactor, MAGNOX, AGR, VVER, and MOX assembly designs. ORIGEN-ARP input files created with the Windows GUI can be executed on both the PC and workstation versions of SCALE.
