SCALE 5.1 Registration File for Foreign Language Versions of Windows   Dec. 19, 2006

As noted on page 143 of the SCALE 5 Notebook, the \scale5.1\cmds\regchklf5_1.dll 
file does not find the ScalePath5.1.ini initialization file in the user's area in 
Documents and Settings in foreign language versions of Windows. We have corrected 
this problem and posted a new version of the .dll file for users to download from 
the SCALE Download web page.  

Installation
------------
Prior to installation, please search your computer for all copies of regchklf5_1.dll
and remove them.

Run the self-extracting WinZip file install_regchklf5_1-dll.exe to install the updated
version to \scale5.1\cmds.
