KMART/KMART6 Update for SCALE 5.1 for Linux, Unix, and Mac

Description of Update 
----------------------------
The KMART and KMART6 utilities fail on some systems because the program calls 
the routine OPNFIL twice for the same file.  Subroutine OUTPUT_RESULTS was 
modified by deleting the first call to fix this problem. This can impact
TRITON/KENO calculations because they use KMART. The Windows executables were
not impacted.

Installation of Update
---------------------- 
Download and untar the kmart-update.tar file directory using the command
       tar –xvf kmart-update.tar
The files will be installed to scale5.1/src/kmart and kmart6 beneath the
present working directory.

Run "updatescale" to update the KMART and KMART executables.
