LandScan User Services staff are available, via email, to answer questions concerning LandScan data and online information resources and activities. We will assist with problems locating and downloading data from the site, accessing the site and using the online data resources.
In-depth technical support is NOT provided for this product.
Due to a high volume of data requests, you may experience a delay in receiving a response to your inquiry. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
