Molecular Microbial Ecology
The Molecular Microbial Ecology group conducts research into the development and application of tools and techniques based on molecular biology and genomics. We apply these techniques to understand the ecology and functioning of microorganisms important to such broad themes as soil biogeochemistry, carbon sequestration, bioenergy, environmental remediation and other topics important to the DOE research mission.
