ESTCP
Environmental Security
Technology Certification Program. ESTCP's
goal is to demonstrate and validate promising, innovative technologies
that target the Department of Defense's (DOD's) most urgent environmental
needs. These technologies provide a return on the investment through cost
savings and improved efficiency. ESTCP is working in partnership on the
explosives demonstration.
DOE/ORO
The Department of Energy's
Oak Ridge Operation office provides oversight to ORNL, as ORO has primary
managerial responsibility for environmental management at the Oak Ridge sites.
