Registration Advance Registration . To register, complete the form and mail to the address below, fax (865) 574-6442, or send as attachment (watlingtonnw@ornl.gov). Pre-registration is encouraged. The Symposium registration fee of $450.00 ($530.00 if payment is received after April 1, 2004) includes admission to all technical sessions, the welcome reception, continental breakfast Monday through Wednesday, refreshment breaks, the Monday evening buffet, the Wednesday evening banquet, and a copy of the published Proceedings. The registration fee for full-time students is $175 (includes everything but the Proceedings). One-day registration is $200 ($225.00 if payment is received after April 1, 2004). Fees must be paid in U.S. currency, drawn against a U.S. bank. If unable to send funds drawn against a U.S. bank, you must include an additional $50.00 to cover bank processing fees. Visa and MasterCard are also accepted.**We hope to add photographs to the Attendance List this year, so please send a small photographic image (hard copy or electronic) with your registration. If you plan to register on-site, please bring an image on disk or CD. The registration and information desk, located in the Conference Center at the Chattanooga Choo Choo, will be open Sunday, May 9, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and will be maintained throughout the Symposium.
