SUMMARY TruCluster and CAA

Thank you all for your responses, they were invaluable.

I must admit to being a little uncertain as to what fixed the problem. I
had changed things and executed "caa_profile update" but had missed
"caa_register ?u".

I had made a few changes and now everything seems fine, including changing
SCRIPT_TIMEOUT and CHECK_INTERVAL. I had also made changes to the script to
improve the  checking and killing of processes, so am really unsure as to
which of these cured the problem.
