Password Lifetime has passed

Hello Managers,

I run a Tru64 UNIX system with Enhanced Security and an Informix
database.  

I attempted to change the Informix password by going to /etc and using
the 'passwd' command.  However, I got the message 'Password not changed:
password lifetime has expired'.     

Any idea how I can reset this password?  Thanks in advance.
