Error in DLT Tape drive

Hi


    we have 20 / 40 GB DLT tape drive in  server. This tape drive is
       allways blinking and giving  Input / Output error  or device error.
       we poweroff the server but same problem, the drive is blinking.

       The lastlight which mark as (?)  is blinking .
