SUMMARY: Disk Space Requirments For OS Upgrade

Hello Managers:

Thanks to Darryl Cook, Paul Maglinger, and Jenny Butler for their responses to my query.


The consensus seems to be there is no written exact requirements.  Suggested disk space for rolling cluster upgrades was not greater than 50% full in root, /usr/, and /var, and also 425 MB for subsets in /var.  

Also the installation program will check the disk space required and give you appropriate steps to take if deletion and reclamation is necessary.
