Hi,

I'm having lots of difficulty getting the swcc agent 2.1 (RTHR210) installed on a DS20E running Tru64 5.1A PK4 with attached RA3000/HSZ22.  What is the latest release of the agent and where can I download it?  I've search HP's itrc site and can't find it.  I've also search tru64.org.  I run SWCC 2.1 on a NT machine -- what's the latest release and location of this piece?

p.s. -- we lost a drive in our RAID0+1 array but our hot spare got added so we're currently in good shape (a replacement drive is on the way).  However, I didn't receive any notification of this until somebody heard the alarm squealing.  I would also like to monitor/configure via TCP/IP instead of just via serial.  Thanks!
