multi-lun device visibility question

Hi,
I'm trying to install a external raid device to a tru64 box. When I
probe the online devices, I get:

 > sudo hwmgr -show scsi

SCSI DEVICE DEVICE DRIVER NUM DEVICE FIRST
HWID: DEVICEID HOSTNAME TYPE SUBTYPE OWNER PATH FILE VALID
PATH
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
    43: 0 crank-s1-2 cdrom none 0 1 cdrom0
[0/0/0]
    44: 1 crank-s1-2 disk none 2 1 dsk0
[2/0/0]
    45: 2 crank-s1-2 disk none 0 2 dsk1
[2/3/0]
    46: 3 crank-s1-2 disk none 2 8 dsk2
[2/8/0]

However, I only seem to have device entries for the first lun. I have
8:

scu> show luns

Reported LUN's Supported by Device /dev/rdisk/dsk2a (SR1500):

      Logical Unit Entry #1: 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
      Logical Unit Entry #2: 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00
      Logical Unit Entry #3: 00 02 00 00 00 00 00 00
      Logical Unit Entry #4: 00 03 00 00 00 00 00 00
      Logical Unit Entry #5: 00 04 00 00 00 00 00 00
      Logical Unit Entry #6: 00 05 00 00 00 00 00 00
      Logical Unit Entry #7: 00 06 00 00 00 00 00 00
      Logical Unit Entry #8: 00 07 00 00 00 00 00 00

How do I get devices for the non-zero luns? The only info I have
found that seems related is a 1996 OSF admins list post suggesting to
use /dev/MAKE_RAID_LUNS, which is not present on my system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
