Locking out Users with too many tries.

Fellow managers:

I support machines that run 4.0F with NIS.  I'm looking for a way to lock out a user that tries to log in
with the incorrect password X number of times.  I believe a SUN product NIS+ does this. Is there anything 
in the Tru64 world that can do the same?
