Hi netters,
on one of my V5.1 PL4 computers rwhod updates
only the information of foreign computers. Its
own information (as correctly reported by w,
utmp is o.k. last works too with a shutdown line) is
not written into /var/rwho/whod.hostname. So
neither this comp. nor others see updates of
its uptime value.
Permissions on /usr/sbin/rwhod is bin:bin and
it is running without flags (i.e.broadcast and
listing mode); /etc/services has who 513/udp in it
/var/rwho. The checksum of the binaries are the same
like on the other machines.
Does anyone know how to achieve debug informations of
rwhod (there is nothing written into the syslogs).
Any hints?
