y2k firmware versions

Hi group,

Does anyone out there have an idea what firmware versions are y2k compliant.
I have an alpha 8400, alpha 4000, alpha 8200 all with dec/unix 4.0d. Also,
alpha 2100 with dec/unix 4.0f. I've been told the firmware is O/S dependent.
I would like to know at what version became y2k compliant. Example starting
with 3.?? for alpha 2100, 5.?? for alpha 8400,4000,8200. 

Any information would be greatly appreciated..
