DE500-BA behavior

We currently have a DE500-BA NIC in a 1000 using Tru64 4.0e(patch kit 1)
which is not working at Full Duplex *although* the firmware has
it set as fastfd and the speed is set to 200 via ifconfig.

We have these NIC in two other machines and they are behaving properly.

Anyone have any ideas?
