Security Patch

Dear managers

i rec'd a update from comapq listserver regarding
"security update patch" and it says it can be
installed on 

 " This patch can be installed on:
 V4.0D  Patch kit BL11 or BL12.
 V4.0E  Patch kit BL1 or BL12.
 V4.0F  Patch kit BL1. "

 *This solution will be included in a future
distributed release of 
  Compaq's Tru64 UNIX.

what is that BL11 or 12 or 1 mean?.what I know is I
installed patchkit 3 on 4.0D and log files also shows
that only. 
  
This seems to be important update and so this question
to me.
