Dear Fellow Managers,

As a followup to David Wigg's summary about upgrading to 4.0F from 4.0D,  I was
wondering if anyone can give me some guidance as to what I should consider in
deciding to upgrade from 4.0D and staying on the 4.0x track or to upgrade from
4.0D to 5.0 or successors.  The reason I ask is that I have just received the
Tru64 UNIX 5.0 media and documentation and it seems to me that 5.0 is so much
different from 4.0D that the decision to upgrade is no longer automatic.
