NFS sharing

Hi,

I have /dev/rz3c mounted on /usr/data_a3, which have the following
permisions:
	drwxrwxr-x
	owner root
	group users

This directory '/usr/data_a3' is exported via NFS v3. When I mount that
directory on an nfs client the group changes to 100 and by the way this
group doesn't seen to exist. 

Why is this? Is it NFS configuration? What have I done wrong?
