Disableing Logins with NIS...

Greetings,
	I have a web server that has the /home directory of another server 
mounted so that the users on a second server can display there 
personal home pages.
	I am using NIS to map there user id's accoss the two servers.  What I 
want but cannot do is only allow some users to log in to the server 
but to let every-one's UID to be shared between the servers.
	Is there an easy way to do this?
