Tru64 V5.0 and Open3D

Ok We took the plunge. We have begun going to 5.0. The only thing we can't find
is Open3D. Is it supposed to be somewhere? the one on the consolidated cd is for
4.0E and F only and there is none on the additional products disks. So where do
we find it.
