syslog stopped working

	Hello,

	I have just recently upgraded from DU 4.0A to 4.0D and now my
logging is working only for locally generated messages. Any logging that I
used to do to a local?.debug facility no longer works. For instance, I
have several isdn devices and a firewall that used to log to my unix box
and none of this is now working.

	I ran syslogd -d (debug) and this is what I got:

got a message (1, 0x10)
No remote forwarding configured, message discarded.
readfds = 0x78


Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be going on? I will gladly
summarize the responses.
