Where is C++????

I've just finished installing OSF/1 2.0 from scratch on our one 3000/400 and
need to install C++.  I've looked high and low and cannot find the subset CXX131
(C++ 1.31).  The runtime libraries are on the 2.0 disk, but the Layered Products
disk that came with it does not have it.  What's going on - help I'm losing my
mind?

Anybody know where I should look?
