DECserver90L+ on OSF/1

We have a DECserver90L+ (DS90L+) running as a terminal and printer server
on a VAX under VMS.  I would like to move the DS90L+ to a DEC Alpha under
OSF/1 (v2.0).  Has anybody done this (i.e. is it possible)?

Aside from installing LAT and running latsetup and latcp is there anything
else which needs to be done?  Under VMS, the DS90L+ is remotely managed on
the network using MOP.  Apparently, this is also possible under Ultrix,
but MOP does not exist on OSF/1 (except maybe as part of DECnet).  Is
there any way to access the DS90L+ on OSF/1 remotely or can it only be
managed locally, directly from an attached terminal?

If anybody has already done this and can send me a recipe for success, I
would appreciate it.  We want to attach printers, plotters, PCs and
terminals to this server.
