Prestoserve - prestosetup command for 1.3A

Hello out there,

I'm running OSF/1 1.3A w/ a PRESTOSERVE card (NVRAM module).  According 
to the on-line doc, there's suppose to be a command "prestosetup" for 
enable/setup, but i can't find the command on my 1.3A systems. 
Does any one has this script or binary for 1.3A and 2.x?
