Oracle On OSF/1 1.3B

I wondered if any system managers running OSF/1 1.3B with Oracle
7 have experienced any problems with SQLReportWriter programs
going into seemingly infinite loops.  Our organization has just
migrated from a VAX 4100 VMS to an AXP-3000 800S OSF/1.

So far, Oracle support in Toronto has not offered any explanation
as to why the condition exists. Could anyone point us in the
right direction ?
