advfs

Earlier, I mentioned about failing dumps - some people had the same
problem, some didn't. We're working together trying to figure out what
does and doesn't cause the bogus corrupt file system message.

Someone highly recommended `advfs', so I installed ..

OSFADVFS200 installed POLYCTR advfs(System Administration)
OSFADVFSBIN200 installed POLYCTR advfs Kernel Objects(Kernel Build Environment)

I installed things in a backwards fashion, installing OSFADVFS200
first. Now, for the life of me, I can't get `config' to build a kernel
that make `mkfdmn' happy. I keep getting...

mkfdmn: domain init error E_ADVFS_NOT_INSTALLED (-1108)
mkfdmn: can't create new domain 'gcag_dmn'

which makes me believe the kernel isn't configured right. When I run
`doconfig', it doesn't list ADVFS as one of the options. I insert it
in the OPTIONS list by hand -- option ADVFS.

If someone has this working, I'd appreciate a copy of your config file.
