But the thing is that he is able to send receive mail , whatt could be the problem, SMTP Authentication......
How is it set up? I think you probably want to review your SMTP-AUTH patch and your tcpserver configuration, but you haven't provided any useful information here.

What are the informations you required to give the exact probabilities........
