Not true for TLS or greetdelay; you can get the former with Scott Gifford's
work (http://www.suspectclass.com/~sgifford/ucspi-tls/) and sslserver, and
greetdelay can be accomplished by altering the smtpd service `run`
shellscript, no code changes necessary.
Greylisting can be accomplished by modifying qmail-smtpd, or it can also be
accomplished with a wrapper around qmail-queue (or modifications to it).
