What do you mean? qmail lacks DKIM support in the same way that qmail lacks DNSRBL support, which is to say that it's trivial to provide the support via wrappers. For DNSRBL support, you use rblsmtpd (or something similar). For DKIM support, you can use the scripts that I provide on my website (http://www.memoryhole.net/qmail/).
