I don't want to fork a version of qmail for vpopmail.

As far as I am concerned netqmail is the most recent qmail, and I hope 
to make qmail the official project.  I have already sent invitations to 
some netqmail authors to join as administrators of the project.*  I have 
no intention of running the show, I'm just getting things started.

100 different versions of qmail is a BAD thing!
