What do you mean by a "new network"

I always start with "what changed" and work from there.

Forgive me for asking, yet ummm if there were *network* changes, I wonder if
possibly duplex changed on the nic or switchport (or both) etc from full
duplex to half duplex or port rate?

Also, if you changed *networks* as you stated, have you triple checked
forward AND reverse dns in all the appropriate name servers and upped the
serial number and hup'd dns etc and then reverified?

Also, what do the all the various logs tell you? Looking at all logfile
possibilities and discerning is most helpful eh?
